GUANIDINE-BASED BIOCIDES

DESCRIPTION:
The product is an aqueous solution containing polyhexamethyl guanidine fungicides and long chain alkyl guanidine fungicides.

FEATURES:
- A new type of biocide, guanidine, can be applied to sanitation, textile, printing, and dyeing industries and oilfield sewage treatment.
- Non-toxic.
- A weak cationic biocide can be used in the produced water and waterflooding containing anion polyacrylamide.
- Effective over a wide pH range.

APPLICATION:
Used in oilfield produced water and waterflooding systems to inhibit bacterial reproduction.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
40-80 ppm, depending on the type of fluid.
